When the Screech Owls arrive in the U.S. capital, Travis, Nish, and their friends
find themselves in a hockey tournament with a difference - with secret-service
agents, sniffer dogs, metal detectors, and national media attention. The cause of
all the excitement is 12-year-old Chase Jordan, star player for the Washington
Wall, and son of the President of the United States of America!
On a "normal" kids' day out with the President's son, Nish quickly realizes the
value of having friends in high places. The craziest Owl ever has a brand-new
plan: to streak the White House, home of President Jordan and his family.
But neither Nish nor the other Owls has any idea what they are getting into. Nish
is about to become a "news flash" seen around the world. And the Screech Owls are
soon mixed up in a dangerous political power play, with murder the game plan of
their opponent.
